Some features rely on accounts maintained by Nightfall Lifestyle Coaching Services - FZCO or outside platforms. You must submit accurate details, protect login credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Communications and SMS Terms
Supplying contact details or submitting the form alone does not authorize texts. Transactional and promotional SMS permissions are separate, optional, and off by default.
Checking the transactional box authorizes automated follow-up, onboarding, reminder, and service texts from Nightfall Lifestyle Coaching Services - FZCO. Checking the promotional box separately authorizes automated marketing and promotional texts.

Nightfall Lifestyle Coaching Services - FZCO or its licensors retain rights in the program, software, systems, templates, branding, video, written material, design, and other supplied content.
You receive a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the services personally for lawful educational and business purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership.
Your Content and Feedback
You continue to own material you submit. You permit Nightfall Lifestyle Coaching Services - FZCO to store, process, reproduce, and display it only as reasonably needed to operate, protect, and improve the services.

Outside software, websites, communities, integrations, and other providers may be linked or required. Nightfall Lifestyle Coaching Services - FZCO does not manage their security, content, policies, uptime, or performance. Their own agreements govern your use.

Where the law allows, the services are offered as available and without implied guarantees, including implied warranties of merchantability, title, non-infringement, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, the combined maximum will be the amount paid directly to Nightfall Lifestyle Coaching Services - FZCO for the relevant service during the twelve months preceding the event that created the claim.

The laws of Dubai, UAE, together with applicable law, govern these Terms without applying conflict-of-law rules. Non-waivable consumer protections still apply.
